We are looking for an experienced Bitcoin Layer 2 Rust developer to join our team and drive the development of blockchain technology. Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Rust programming language with at least 2 years of practical development experience. Proficient in using common Rust data structures such as vectors, hashmaps, hashsets, etc. Familiar with Rust’s ownership model, references and borrowing, and mutability. Knowledgeable about Rust package management with Crate, and defining module scopes and privacy. Familiar with Rust generic data types, Traits and deriving Traits, and the concept of lifetimes. Ability to write test cases in Rust proficiently. Familiar with Rust closures and iterators. Knowledgeable about various types of smart pointers in Rust. Understanding of Rust’s concurrency model and OOP methods. Good coding and code review habits, capable of independently solving technical problems. Bonus Points: Familiarity with and understanding of Bitcoin principles, Lightning Network, RGB protocol are preferred. Strong understanding and practical experience in cryptography, Segregated Witness (SegWit), zero-knowledge proofs, etc., are preferred. Responsibilities: Participate in the design, development, and testing of Bitcoin Layer 2 solutions. Assist the team in developing efficient and secure Bitcoin scripts and smart contracts. Research and implement emerging blockchain technologies to meet business needs. Collaborate with the team to solve complex technical challenges, ensuring high quality and scalability of the product. Continuously learn and research developments in the blockchain technology field.
